
How to Focus!
In world where people know the benefit of the mediation and all tries to do meditation but only few succeeds and other have no idea, how to do so. So if you are one of them who wants to meditation but are not able to do so then this is a must read part.
Medication has been the one of the oldest practice which enables us to have a control over our consciousness and to have a peace over storming ideas. Meditation also helps us to reconfigure our mind and observes the problem with a different angle, which at the end draws out the solution to the problems. Its profit just not ends here, they are the key components of victory for the scholars (school going students). Student is the one of the hardworking job for those who show no interest towards it. But we can get the solutions to our problems within just 10 minutes, with the help of one of the most magical word “FOCUS”.
So how to begin with the word focus. It seems to be complicated but it’s very easy if you know the secret and its real procedure.
You have to just focus on one thing that can be anything but you are not allowed to change it more than twice. If you changed it then just try to do it 1 hr later. The most of the misconception related to meditation is that people thinks that they have to think nothing, they have to thoughtless to attain the situation of focus. Actually I want to clarify that there is no person and situation where you can be thoughtless, even the person in the coma isn’t thoughtless he still have the loop of the memories of past.
Now let’s move a step ahead, while you are thinking about one thing so what you have to do is observe it with the eyes of mind. Just imagine that object inside your brain. After doing so you have to observe it critically, I meant that that just go deep. Think how it looks like? , what’s its shape? , what’s its size? , how can it be used? , what is it made of? . And more such detail things like if it has engravings on it them how those engraving looks like. If you will think in this way then you will not get encounter by other thoughts. The main part is that your eyes are to be closed. Just try once by sitting and you will experience immense pleasure of getting lost in different dimension where you will have no sense of time. It’s just similar to power nap which helps in boosting you brain to work more efficiently and faster.
See it was this easy on two steps and you are doing the one of the toughest thing that you thought were tough. At the beginning you have to shut the noises that can disturb you and when you are in the regular practice then you will be just disconnected with voices of outer world.
If you think meditation can help you to control the external things then you are very wrong first you have to learn to control the inner you them successfully you will be able to control the outer world. Just defeat the demon in you and you are going to be invincible.
